I LIKED IT.

On a road trip to Missouri and decided to stop and stretch our legs for a bit. Took the tasting and was hooked! Best liquor I've had and the St. Elmo's fire is fantastic! A bottle of it made it's way back home, the wife bought the Kentucky pink lemonade home and has enjoyed it as well.

Soooooo disappointing! Paid $400 to camp at the distillery for the eclipse---and yes, we had other options--- which bought us a 10x30 plot in the mosquito ridden yard between the back of a barn and a corn field. That included a gift basket with a supposed value of $75 that actually included a pair of inexpensive t-shirts, drink glasses and eclipse glasses with nary a drop of gifted bourbon in site. No freebies at the masheree either: we paid for all the tastings with the vendors that came in from other distilleries. Then just for fun, we had the option of paying an additional $100 per couple for a dinner that ended up being hamburgers, potatoes and squash although at least this time they threw in a couple of drink tickets. When I called ahead to ask if there was a place on the grounds we could park a trailer, I was rudely told no---in fact there were acres since we were leaving the morning of the eclipse--- then when I asked if they knew anywhere nearby we could park it , was told by Jennifer that her crystal ball was broken. Too bad, Jenn or it would have shown you more than a few unhappy campers back there about to travel back to various places around the country with a pretty sour impression of the experience. Sure wish we'd just paid $50 to camp in your neighbors yard...or been one of the day trippers that only spent $25 a car to park there on eclipse day you all appeared to be catering to......

Spent the day of eclipse had a great time everything went smooth. Great music and drinks.

The SINGLE BARREL BOURBON that they have now (8-30-2017) is some good JUICE

This is an unassuming business as you drive up to the main house. My wife and I got a personalized tour with Mike, who was as fun and friendly as they come. Small craft distillery tours are very different than the"the big boys" tours and Mike did a great job educationing us on the differences. Our tour lasted 45 minutes and we got some new insights into the craft. The tasting was a blast as we got to taste all their spirits utilizing very small sample cups. Just enough to whet your appetite for more and without getting you drunk. Gift shop has lots of inventory including souvenirs as well as spirits. Bourbon prices are a bit lofty but I can't get it in Florida, so.... Absolutely worth your time to visit.
